Occasionally, some users may experience a login error when moving between Thunderbird Portal enabled applications, based on cookies from prior logins that may be in your browser. If you experience any difficulty in moving between applications, please first clear your "cookies" and "cache" in your internet browser (this is generally a good thing to do on a regular basis anyway).

You can do this in primary web browsers as follows:
Microsoft Internet Explorer: Tools, Internet Options: select the "Delete Cookies" button, the "Delete Files" button, and the "Clear History" button

Mozilla Firefox: Tools, Clear Recent History: ensure that "Cookies" and "Cache" are selected, and select the "Clear All" button
